To provide the most accurate match possible, clients must submit three clear photographs that meet our quality standards. Photos should accurately reflect the client’s natural skin tone and must not be heavily filtered, overly edited, poorly lit, or otherwise misleading.

If submitted photographs do not meet our standards, we may request new photographs or decline to make a color recommendation until acceptable images are provided.

JenniB Cosmetics is not responsible for inaccurate color matching where the photographs or information submitted by the client are incomplete, inaccurate, altered, misleading, or do not meet required standards.

5. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order at our discretion, including where we suspect fraud, unauthorized activity, resale activity, abuse of our policies, or errors in pricing or product information.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue the appropriate refund.
