At JenniB Cosmetics, we work to process and ship orders as promptly as possible.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received, excluding weekends, holidays, and promotional periods.

Processing times may be longer during new launches, sales events, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Timeframes

Shipping timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and begin once an order has been processed and shipped. Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather delays, customs delays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

JenniB Cosmetics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping information, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that address changes can be made once an order has been placed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information by email if available.

Please allow time for tracking updates to appear after your shipment has been processed by the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, delivery issues are generally the responsibility of the shipping carrier.

JenniB Cosmetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If your package is missing or delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly to open a claim or request additional delivery information.

If you need assistance, you may contact us and we will do our best to help support the process.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives visibly damaged, please contact us within 10 business days of delivery and include your order number and photographs of the package and product so we can review the issue.

International Shipping

Option A — If you do not ship internationally:
We currently ship only within the United States.

Option B — If you do ship internationally:
International shipping times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, fees, or other charges imposed by their country. JenniB Cosmetics is not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Any free shipping offer applies only to qualifying orders and is subject to change at any time.

Incorrect, Refused, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package, we may, at our discretion, require the customer to pay additional shipping charges before the order is re-shipped.
