At JenniB Cosmetics, we stand behind the quality of our products and our color-matching expertise. We proudly offer a 30-Day Money-Back Color Match Guarantee on foundation purchases.

30-Day Color Match Guarantee

If your foundation is not a genuine match, you may request a review within 30 days of delivery.

Color Matching Requirements

Our foundation color matching is based on three photographs submitted by the client. In order for us to provide the most accurate match possible, photographs must meet our quality standards. Photos should be clear, well lit, in focus, and accurately represent your natural skin tone without heavy filters or editing.

If submitted photos do not meet our quality standards, we may request additional photos before making a recommendation. We cannot guarantee an accurate match when photos are unclear, heavily filtered, poorly lit, or otherwise do not accurately reflect your skin tone.

Return and Refund Approval

All return and refund requests must be reviewed and approved before any refund is issued. To request a review, clients must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide:

  • order number

  • a brief description of the issue

  • current photos showing the foundation applied in appropriate lighting

Eligible Returns

We will honor returns, replacements, or refunds when the foundation is determined to be a genuine color mismatch after review, provided the original submitted photographs met our quality requirements.

Resolution Options

If your foundation is confirmed to be a mismatch, we may offer one of the following:

  • a corrected shade recommendation

  • a replacement product

  • a refund

The resolution offered will depend on the circumstances of the order and the outcome of our review.

Non-Eligible Requests

Refunds or returns may be denied if:

  • the request is made more than 30 days after delivery

  • the original color-match photos did not meet our quality standards

  • the customer did not follow requested photo submission guidelines

  • the product concern is not related to an actual color mismatch
